Finca Ixobel

The charming location was a highlight of my stay.

My room included a safe, a seating area, and a private entrance. A bathtub in the shared bathroom was a plus. It had excellent food, lovely and wonderful staff. The location was stunning and marvellous, in a lovely outside dining area, it's a plus. I had quick lunch at Eat, located not too far from the hotel...

We stayed in twin room with shared bathroom. All the employees were informative and great. The location of the hotel was quiet, in the jungle.

Loved the tree-house vibe, but the water had a weird charge.

The stay was a nice break after hours on the road and really felt like a retreat into nature. The cabin by the jungle was a highlight, especially with clean towels and hot water in the bathroom. My kids loved spotting frogs and large geckos inside the room, adding a bit of fun to our adventure. The room was a bit too humid for my taste, and I noticed a wasp nest on the balcony, which made me a little uneasy. It was a decent stay considering the rustic vibe and lovely greenery around.

Finca Ixobel offers a unique experience in the heart of nature. I loved the charm of the cabin near the jungle's edge. The room was clean, with fresh towels, and I appreciated the hot water in the bathroom. Seeing frogs and geckos added an adventurous touch for the kids. They have various accommodation types, but I particularly liked the tree-houses. Evenings by the pond were good. The open fire and music created a cozy atmosphere. The food was excellent, especially the meals at the restaurant. The humidity was noticeable, especially in the room. The hammock felt old and weathered, and I noticed a wasp nest under the table on the balcony. The lack of a swimming pool was disappointing, and while the lagoon is an option, it wasn't very inviting. Maintenance in some areas is needed, but the environment and community vibe were good.

We loved the landscape and the relaxing vibe. Horse riding tours were a highlight. Exploring the nature around us was awesome. The cabin was wonderful, clean, and our kids had a blast spotting wildlife like frogs and geckos.

My kids wished there was a pool for splashing around.

The staff helped us with our car issues . the location can be tricky to find.

Wicked nice spot! Super chill vibe, surrounded by all that lush greenery. The food was really tasty, especially that chocolate cream pie. Plus, the staff were legends, helping us find our charger we left behind. I'll be dreaming about those cozy evenings by the pond. Don't sleep on this place!

The location was fantastic with a lovely outdoor dining area. We were really close to the nearby caves, the jungle, and the restaurant. the double room with shared bathroom had all the essentials we needed.

Liked every detail about my pleasant 2 nights stay here. the rooms were big with shared bathroom. the staff were pleasant. the position of the hotel was quiet, in beautiful grounds. We booked a triple room with a shared bathroom at Finca Ixobel. the food was delightful with a wide range of dishes on the menu. the location was stunning and incredible, within walking distance of everywhere we wanted to go. the hotel served as a decent base for enjoying a very nice area.

Exceptionally polite and super friendly staff. A lot of options, fabulous food. Peaceful location of the hotel in the nature.
